| And you are throwing most of that arguement away if you are wanting to stick with a stock bumper or even jspec. Most of your wonderful surface area will be blocked. With the apollo style design that I'm sure you are going with you are disrupting the design of the motor and air flow, impeding your radiator's cooling, and increasing your pressure drop. So over all your ac won't work as well, your car will run hotter, and you will be running lower boost than with a good set of side mounts. Not to mention I'm willing to bet your AIT will be higher as well. Use the search feature, it will show you the light. That is if you want to see it. Sounds like you already have your mind made up though as to what you want to do. It's your money and your car, so do what you want and enjoy it. But if you really are wanting to be a sleeper and get the most performance out of the Z then this is the wrong route to take.
